Mental Health – Jigsaw resources

As part of Mental Heath Awareness week, we want to make you aware of some brilliant resources available for everyone in sport. Following this, I am sharing a link with you to some fantastic resources Jigsaw, youth mental health charity have:

  1.  Jigsaw provide support for youth mental health. They offer free, text-based support with a clinician online through 1:1 webchats if you’re between 12-25 years old and based in Ireland. 
  2.  Jigsaw have collaborated with various sports to create coach specific workshops for mental health. Please see their One Good Coach course Jigsaw | One Good Coach
