Munster Branch launched its second Women’s “Come and Try” series, in cooperation with Cork Sports Partnership. This launched on the 3rd of February at the Leeside TT Club venue.
12 Participants have signed up for 6 weeks on Thursday evenings between 6.30 and 7.30 pm. The feedback from the sessions have been very positive.
Jing Yi Graham, WIS Lead of Table Tennis Ireland, is scheduled to visit this group on the 17th of February and to take the session in conjunction with local coaches from Beech Hill and Leeside – Philip Shaw and Ben Haughton.
Munster Branch continues to reach out to women to come and try table tennis by joining in with club table tennis though social table tennis sessions.
