Colin Judge and Patrick Vaughan will represent Ireland at the 2025 ITTF European Para Table Tennis Championships, taking place in Helsingborg, Sweden from 20 to 25 November 2025
Tokyo and Paris Paralympian Colin, a seasoned competitor with major international experience, and Patrick, one of Ireland’s emerging Para table tennis talents, will make up a focused two-person squad for the event. Both athletes head into the Championships following strong training blocks.
Speaking ahead of the Championships, Para Table Tennis Head Coach, Sam Logue expressed his confidence in the pair:
“I’m excited for this European Para Table Tennis Championships. We have a small team but both Colin and Paddy are heading into the tournament in great shape and feeling good about their level. We are ready to perform well.”
The European Para Championships is one of the most competitive events on the Para table tennis calendar, bringing together Europe’s top athletes across all classes.
For Ireland, the tournament represents a valuable opportunity to gain ranking points and challenge some of the sport’s leading players.
