As previously advised, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday 12th June.
Unfortunately, the Board has concluded that it is unlikely to be permissible or safe for 30-50 people to meet in an enclosed space for several hours by that date.
It has therefore decided to hold the AGM online on the same date. The usual notice, reports and details on how the AGM will operate, will be issued to members in May.
