As part of a trial restructuring of the Player Development/Performance pathway and structure, Tara Fusco has been appointed to the voluntary position of Female Development/Performance Lead Coach.
Supported by the office team and our Women in Sport Lead, Jing Yi Graham, and working with additional selectors or NPCs as necessary, Tara will provide continuity and oversight for the girls and women progressing onto and through TTI teams, and will be responsible for the overall plan for our female teams from Hopes and Primary Schools through to U21 and Senior.
As with all new initiatives, this will take a little time to bed in properly, and we would ask for your patience during this period. Tara has agreed to take the role on for a trial period, to work out how the demands and requirements will fit alongside her existing commitments within TTI and beyond.
