Two of Ireland’s most promising young players are in European action this week at the Slovak Open which is held just outside Bratislava in Slovakia. Katie McGlone and Owen Cathcart with coach John Murphy are entered into this event which brings together some of Europe’s top young talent and is linked to the ETTU’s Eurokids training camp which Cathcart was also in attendance at. In the Mini Mini Cadet Team event, cathcart teams up with Lithuanian talent KARAPETJANAS DANAS in the event which kicks off today. McGlone teams up with the Hungarian Kitty Korda as they battle against europe’s finest young talents.
