Affiliation for the 2026/27 season is open right now. Whether you’re renewing an existing club or member profile or starting a brand-new affiliation, you can log in to Just Go today and get it done — no need to wait for the usual 1 August start date.

We know club administrators are busy people, and the earlier your paperwork and payments are sorted, the more time you have to focus on what matters — running a great club and getting people playing. So we’ve opened the system early, giving every club a head start on the season ahead.

Why Renew or Affiliate Early?

• Beat the rush — avoid the last-minute scramble as the October and November deadlines approach.
• Stay covered — your Table Tennis Ireland insurance cover depends on full affiliation, so sorting it early means your club and members are protected from day one.
• Lock in your competitive pathway — members with a competitive ranking who plan to enter early-season Classification Events need a valid, paid membership before booking.
• Give your committee breathing room — vetting, safeguarding training, and document uploads all take a little time. Starting now means none of it has to be rushed.

How to Get Started

• Log in to your club’s Just Go profile.
• Open the Club Affiliation tab and renew or complete your club’s details.
• Renew existing members using the bulk renew feature, or add new members individually or by bulk upload.
• Add Club Affiliation, player, committee, and coach memberships to your cart and pay online via card.
