We wish to remind all members that the Annual General Meeting of the Irish Table Tennis Association (ITTA) Company Limited by Guarantee will take place on Saturday 6th of June 2026 at the Pavilions Multi Sports Pitch Building at the Sport Ireland National Sports Campus, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
Start time is anticipated to be 10.30am (TBC).
As per item 7.6 of the ITTA Regulations, items for inclusion on the agenda for the AGM must be forwarded in writing to the CEO ([email protected]), not later than 5 calendar weeks before the date set by the Association for the AGM. The deadline for receipt of items is Saturday 2nd of May 2026.
Such items may be submitted by individual clubs, Branch Secretaries, or individual members if countersigned and supported by 6 other affiliated members.
Please note that only paid affiliated members who are registered seven days before the date of the AGM are entitled to attend.
