We are currently looking for expressions of interest to become a Coach developer for Table Tennis Ireland!
Coach developers will be responsible for delivering Table Tennis Coaching Courses and developing new potential TT coaches!
Sport Ireland coaching are holding a Certificate in Sports Coach Development beginning in August 2024. The programme is recognised by Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) and is included on the National Framework of Qualifications as a Level 7 Special Purpose Award in Sports Coach Development.
The Program involves 10 contact days spread over 6 months, work experience through TTI and some activities to complete between contact periods. This program typically takes 12-18 months to complete.
The course will take place in Dublin/Limerick and will be a mix of online and in person sessions.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should
- Hold a Table Tennis Level 2 coaching qualification or higher.** Level 1 coaches may be accepted dependent on coaching experience and/or other qualifications** A Level 2 course should be in progress by the time this course starts.**
- Be actively coaching for at least five years.
- Minimum 18 years of age
- IELTS Level 6 or equivalent (for applicants whose first language is not English).
