DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Irish Table Tennis Association Company Limited by Guarantee will be held on: \nDate: Saturday\, 6th June 2026 \nTime: 10.30am \nAGENDA \n\nApprove the Chairperson for the Meeting and Introduction\nApproval of the Minutes of the Last Annual General Meeting (2025)\nTo receive and consider the Directors’ and Auditors’ Report and Financial Statements (Year Ending 31st December 2025)\nAuthorisation of Directors to Appoint and Fix the Remuneration of Auditors\nReviewing Company Affairs — Annual Reports (Company Secretary’s Report\, Chair’s Report\, CEO’s Report\, Committee Reports)\nElection of Officers (Chairperson\, Directors\, Finance Director\, Company Secretary\, New Director Nominations)\nAppointment of Officers\nMotions / Resolutions\nAny Other Business\n\nPROXY VOTING \nA member entitled to attend and vote at the AGM may appoint a proxy to attend\, speak and vote in their place.
